Ingredients

    organic black beans, organic wild rice, organic tomato paste, organic red bell pepper, organic onion, soyrizo, homemade organic chicken stock, dried oregano, bay leaves, chili powder, salt and pepper

Directions

Makes approximately 11 - 1cup servings

soak black beans in 10 cups of water overnight (or at least 12 hours).

brown soyrizo in cast iron skillet. chop onions and bell peppers.

rinse beans add to crockpot. Add browned soyrizo and all remaining ingredients. Cover a and cook in crockpot on high for 6 - 7 hours.
