Ingredients

    1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 tsp Johnny's Garlic Spread
    8 small yukon gold potatoes (1 3/4 lb) cut lengthwise in half
    Pam cooking spray

Tips

Serving suggestion: Mix 3/4 C fat free sour cream with 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives. Serve with potatoes.


Directions

Heat oven to 400. Mix cheese and Johnny's garlic spread in shallow dish. Spray the cut sides of potatoes with cooking spray, then dip into the cheese mixture. Place, cheese-sides down, on baking sheet; spray skin sides with cooking spray. Bake 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
