    2 oz dry linguine, (Dreamfields has only 5 digestible cards so it is healthier)
    1- 5 oz can Hormel White and Dark Turkey
    1 Cup Fresh Asparagus
    1/3 Pack (2 Tbsp) Knorr Garlic & Herb Mix
    2/3 Cup Instant nonfat dry milk (Food Club)
    2 tsp Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese (optional, if you do not use remove 20 calories)


You can substitute and or add any meat or vegetable of your choice. Just remember to change the calorie/nutrient counts. Serve with side salad for a filling meal.


Bring water to boil to make pasta. To prepare Fresh Asparagus, take each end of the asparagus and bend it, it will break at the place to get only the tender asparagus tips. (Throw away bottom end or save to blend for juice to use in another recipe.) Set aside. By this time your water should be boiling add Linguine, boil until al dente. Add can of turkey and asparagus tips continue to cook on medium heat 3 minutes. Drain pasta, add milk and the Knorr mix to pan and begin to heat on medium heat until mixed . Add drained pasta, turkey and asparagus to sauce and mix thoroughly. Continue to heat until sauce thickens and asparagus is tender. Serve on plate and add Cheese if desired.
