    15 oz can pink salmon
    1 large egg
    2 oz dried bread crumbs
    2 tsp yellow mustard
    salt & pepper to taste


Drain salmon, put in mixing bowl. Add egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Divide into 4 patties.

Heat 1" olive oil in pan. Add patties and cook til brown on both sides.

Serving Size: 4 4oz patties
