Ingredients

    1/3 cup steel cut oats
    2 cups water
    1 tbs hemp hearts
    1 tbs chia seeds
    1/4 cup walnuts - I counted roughly 7-8 half walnuts
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp celtic salt

Tips

It's pretty salty as I like it that way, so maybe try less and add more if you're unsure.


Directions

bring water to a boil, add oats, cook for about 10-20 minutes, depending how smooth you like your oats.
Then add all the other ingredients, stir, and enjoy!

Serving Size: makes one generous bowl
