Introduction

Ingredients

    1 (16 oz) box small pasta, such as shells or penne
    1 bunch of broccoli (2 heads) cut into bite sized florets
    1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 small onion, diced
    1 (8 oz) block mozzarella, cubed
    1/2 lb thick sliced salami, cut into bite sized peices
    1 can (6 oz) medium olives
    1-2 cups Italian salad dressing

Tips

You can easily add or substitute different vegetables to your liking.


Directions

Cook pasta per directions; add broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain, and rinse under cold water, until cooled. In a large bowl, add pasta and broccoli, tomatoes, onion, mozzarella, salami, olives and dressing. Toss well to coat. Chill 1 hour before serving.

Serving Size: Makes about 20 .5 cup servings
