    1 pounds ground turkey
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 teaspoon celery salt
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 small head cabbage, cut into thin
    1 3/4 cup (14.5 oz can) stewed tomatoes
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    4 tablespoons brown sugar
    salt and ground black pepper to taste


1. Place a large skillet over medium heat; cook the ground turkey and onion, in the hot skillet until the turkey is completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle the celery salt, garlic powder, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper into the turkey mixture. Arrange the cabbage wedges atop the turkey mixture.

2. In a blender, blend the stewed tomatoes, ketchup, cider vinegar, and brown sugar together. Pour over the cabbage and turkey mixture. Place a cover on the skillet and simmer until the cabbage is tender, 15 to 20 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 6 Servings 1 1/2 cups each
