    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp (1/4 cup)
    Butter, unsalted 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, .50 tsp
    Truvia Packet ( whatever low calorie sweetner you prefer)


Put Dry ingredients in mug and mix. melt butter and add egg..mix. add to dry ingredients.
Microwave 1 minute
