    6 oz pasta, cooked according to directions on the box
    6 oz lean steak, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    1 cup fresh basil leaves
    1 cup spinach
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons olive oil


Sear the steak until browned on all sides, then add the wine and turn the heat down to medium. Cover and let it simmer. Occasionally check on it to make sure the meat doesn't burn. When the steak is tender, remove from the heat and set aside.
In a food processor, combine the basil, spinach, almonds, parmesan and olive oil. Process until everything is smooth.
Add the pesto and pasta to the pan with the steak. Toss over low heat until everything is coated and warmed.
