    2 large potatoes
    1 TBSP seasoned salt (homemade if desired)
    1 tsp pepper
    1+ tsp salt (as desired)
    2 TBSP olive oil (virgin)


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Clean potatoes well and dry with paper towel. Cut each into chuncks about 1" by 1". Put into a large bowl. Add last 4 ingredients and toss to coat each potato chunck. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. (any sheet pan can be used) Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in preheated oven 425 degrees. Stir after 20 minutes and continue baking. Serves 6
