    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Spinach, fresh, .33 cup
    *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 0.33 cup


Mix all ingredients together add spices such a s salt and pepper or Mrs Dash Tomato Basil.
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and put approximately 1/4 cup egg mixture in each cup.
Bake 9-11 minutes @ 375*
