    2 cups Ham, diced/ground w/rind removed
    1/4 cup Mayo, lite
    3 Tbl. Sweet Pickle Relish, no-sugar added
    1 Tbl. Mustard, whole grain or Dijon
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, ground
    1/4 cup Onions, finely minced (or use processor)
    2 large Eggs, hard-boiled, chopped


Fold Eggs in after mixing dressing.


Grind 2 cups left-over ham in processor. In separate bowl, mix the remainder of the ingredients and chill.
Serve on bread or saltines. Nutrition facts do not include bread or saltines.

Serving Size: 4 servings without bread or crackers
