Ingredients

    Azteca Ultragrain Tortillas (1 tortilla)

    Great Value Pizza Sauce, 2TBSP

    Flat Leaf Spinach, 1 Cup

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 roma tomato, diced

    Feta Cheese (Aldi), 1Tbsp


    Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, 2 TBSP

Directions

Spray a cookie sheet with Olive Oil. Broil both sides of the ultragrain tortilla. Spread sauce on the tortilla and top with tomatoes and spinach. (Chop spinach if you like) Cover with cheese and place back into broil until cheese melts.
