    Baby carrots
    Carrot cake mix
    2 eggs
    1 c. Water
    1c. Raisin bran


Mix all ingredients(I use the last of the carrots, raisin bran and applesauce). Spray pans with cooking spray. Fill pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 bread pans or round pans
