Ingredients

16 Maui Grahams Crackers
1 medium Banana
1 T. Almond Butter
2 t. Ground Cinnamon
1 T. Vanilla Powder (may use extract)
Tips
I used vanilla powder as the banana mixture is a little runny. If you can't find powder, you can use extract or omit.
Directions
Lay out 8 graham crackers. Mash together the banana and almond butter. Stir in cinnamon and vanilla. Spread banana mixture over 8 graham crackers and top with the remaining 8 graham crackers to form 8 "sandwiches". Freeze approximately 1 hour until firm. Enjoy straight out of the freezer.
