Number of Servings: 4


    2 Cans bush's pinto beans rinsed and drained (about 5 c.)
    1/2 c tomato paste
    2 Tbsp green olives rinsed
    1/2 c onions chopped
    1/4 c smoothe peanut butter
    3 tsp taco seasoning


1. mash beans.
2. add the rest of the ingredients.
3. mix well.
4. add a little flour if mixture is thin, consistency should be like mashed potatoes.
5. put it in a bread loaf pan that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray
6. bake or 45 min. or until knife comes out clean
