    Banana (1)
    Pineapple, Crushed (1/3 Cup)
    Coconut Milk, Lite (1/4 Cup)
    Yogurt, Plain Fat Free (1/2 Cup)
    Milk, Fat Free (1 Cup)
    Protein Powder, Soy (2 Tbsp)
    Fiber Powder (1 Tbsp)

Directions

Puree banana in a blender. Next, add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and mix to desired consistency. Can be prepared in advance and stored in the refridgerator.
