    6 - 8" flour tortillas
    2 cans apple pie filling
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup water


Divide pie between the 8 tortillas. Roll each tortilla and add to baking dish. Bring sugars, water and butter to boil, stirring constantly; cook 3 minutes. Pour syrup over enchiladas and let sit 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
