    1 lb ground venison
    10 crushed saltines
    1 large egg beaten
    Worcestershire
    1 can 14 oz beef broth

Directions

Mix venison, crackers, egg and worcestershire together. Shape into 5 patties. Brown both sides in skillet. Add beef broth, cover & simmer about 20-30 min.
