Introduction

Pasta salad without mayonnaise. Pasta salad without mayonnaise.

Ingredients

    1 box-Rozini Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Rotini
    10 grams- Basil
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1/4 cup Lemon Juice
    3 Avocados

Tips

Serve as quickly as possible as the avocado will turn brown after a couple hours.

Great healthy add on for bbq or family get together.


Directions

Boil noodles
drain noodles
Run cold water over noodles.
Grind Basil, garlic and lemon juice in food processor.
Remove seed and skin from Avocados
Add avocados to food processor and mix until smooth
Mix processor ingredients and noodles together and put in refrigerator until ready to serve.


Serving Size: Makes 20 small portions.
