    2 Large skinless chicken breasts cut into 4 pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    1/2 cp skim milk
    2 cps rotini (whole wheat), cooked and drained
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Mix together in casserole dish . Top with crushed saltine crackers and 1/2 cp mozzerella cheese shredded.


Bake one hour at 375 degrees or until chicken is tender
