Number of Servings: 23


    1/2 serving of firm tofu
    10 baby carrots
    2 tbsp dried shrimp
    2 tbsp scallion
    2 tbsp fresh ginger
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    2 tsp fish sauce
    1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
    1/2 tbsp soy sauce

    23 (185 grams) Vegetable or plain dumpling wrappers - 20 calories per wrapper


For large batches you can place unboiled dumplings in the freezer for 5 minutes on wax paper then throw them in a plastic bag and save for a rainy day!


Finely chop all of the filling ingredients and mix together. Par-cook filling for about two minutes on low in a pan.

Place approx. 2 tsp of filling in each dumpling and wrap according to package instructions.
