    Jennie o turkey sausage 1-1 1/4 lbs
    Brown rice, 1.5 cups
    One onion
    One bell pepper
    Italian seasoning
    Shredded cheese of choice, 3/4 cup


Make brown rice according to package, set aside. Chop onion and bell pepper and cook in pan until soft, remove from pan. Cook turkey sausage until fully cooked and browned, add back in vegetables and brown rice. Cook for one or two minutes to heat rice. Add to greased baking dish and top with cheese then bake until cheese is melted.
