Introduction

basic overnight oats with greek yogurt, almond milk, oats, banana and almond nut butter basic overnight oats with greek yogurt, almond milk, oats, banana and almond nut butter

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Fage 0%
    1/2 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
    1 cup Quaker oats
    1 banana mashed
    1 tablespoon almond nut butter

Tips

I make this for 2 servings so make sure to adjust for serving size (cut in half and save half if you want 1 serving). Then when entering make sure to specify 1 or 2 for serving size.


Directions

Mix ingredients the night before (make sure to mash banana) and cover; put in fridge and leave overnight. Can add toppings such as granola and fruit if desired (granola and fruit not added into nutritional info).

Serving Size: makes 1-2 servings
