    .85 lb. Beef For Stir Fry
    2 Tbsp. Ginger
    5 Scallions
    2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    Salt to Taste
    Pepper to Taste
    1 Tbsp. Olive Oil


Place Oil in a pan, cut up scallions and put them in the pan for a minute, then place the meat in the pan, season with the salt and pepper and soy sauce. When the meat is 3/4 done, add ginger.
