    1 large frozen sliced banana (peel and slice before freezing)
    1/4 c whey protein powder
    1/4 c skim or coconut milk


Add walnuts or cuconut topping as desired


1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth, frozen mixture has been created.
2. Using an electric whisks, whisk mix for 5-8 minutes until it gains volume.
3. Eat immediately.
