    1 scoop protein powder
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 egg white
    1.t tbsp low/0 fat plain greek yogurt
    1.5 tbsp pumpkin puree (or apple sauce)
    1 tbsp stevia/truvia/splenda
    1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    2-3 tbsp milk, water or brewed coffee


Top with protein fluff


Mix in a blender until batter is smooth. Pour batter into a greased mug and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Stop after 45 seconds and continue in 5-10 second increments until desired consistency.
