Number of Servings: 4


    Paprika, 3 tsp
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, 3 dash
    Pepper, black, 5 dash
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces
    White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz)
    *Snap peas, 1 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    *Parsely, raw 1 Tablespoon, 2 tbsp
    Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta), 1.5 cup)
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 12 ounces
    *Pam - Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp


Cut Chicken Breast into cubes
Seaon with Paprika, salt, and pepper
Spray PAM on a skillet
Add Chicken to the skillet
Remove chicken out of the skillet once its partically cooked
Cut Peppers into long slices, chop 1 onion, & cut mushrooms
Using the same skillet, add all the veggies
Season veggies with pepper and salt
Add white wine (cook for a few mins)
Reduce heat and add chicken broth
Add sour cream and mix everything together
Add chicken back onto the skillet
Add Snaps peas and parsely

Boil pasta
