1 lb 73/27 ground beef (can use leaner)
2 46 oz cans tomato juice
1 15.5 oz can hot chili beans
jalapeno slices and juice to taste
You can use as much or as little of all the ingredients as you like. I prefer a soup like chili so I use more tomato juice. If you like a hearty chili you cause use less juice or more beans and beef. Goes good with shredded cheese or crackers.
Add tomato juice, chili beans, and jalapeno slices and juice. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer at least 30 minutes but the longer the better to enhance the flavor.
Serving Size: makes 9 2 cup servings
