    10 oz chicken breast
    1 bag frozen mixed veggies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 tablespoons mayo
    1 cup fiesta blend shredded cheese


Grill chicken. Cut into 1 inch squares when cool. Mix soup and mayo in casserole dish. Mix chicken and veggies in soup mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
