    *matzoh farfel, 2 cup
    Honey, 1.3 cup )
    Walnuts, 1.5 cup pieces or chips
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 9 tsp


This is a Passover variation on the RoshHashana teglach which is made with balls of dough boiled in honey.


Cook sugar and honey until it boils. Add matzoh farfel and cook until it turns golden brown, stirring continually. Add nuts. Turn out on wet wooden board and when cool, cut into squares.
