    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 7 serving
    Lime Juice, .25 cup
    *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 1 serving
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    *Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 5 serving
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


slightly heavy on cilantro


saute veggies in olive oil, lay fish on top until flakes easily, add cilantro, tomato & lime juice, cook until liquid reduced
