    2 Tbsp dry oatmeal
    1 small apple, diced
    2 dried prunes, pitted and diced
    1 packet of sugar substitute
    1 cup water
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


Cut apple and prunes in small pieces, put everything in a small pot and cook for about 5 mins, depending how thick you like oatmeal.

Serving Size: makes a bowl of yummy oatmeal
