    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    imitation crab meat, 1 cup
    Low fat cream cheese, 0.5 cup

mix garlic, worcestershire sause, green onion, crab meat and cream cheese.
plop on won ton wrappers, pull corners up , dampen and stick together.
Bake: 425 d
8 - 10 min or golden brown.
