    1 cup instant oats
    1 8 ounce package tempeh, shredded
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    4 tablespoons ketchup
    2 tablespoons mustard
    1 tablespoon italian seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon browning sauce


Preheat 350
Grease bread pan
Mix all ingredients together and lest rest for 5 minutes
Put in pan and bake 25-35 minutes
Let cool for awhile before slicing, so that it stays together.
