    2 apples chopped (a crisp apple is best)
    1/3 c chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp honey
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1-3 Tsp of sunflower oil (or your favorite bland oil)


I used Gala apples, but granny smith or crisp red delicious would also work. Could substitute pecans for walnuts.


Toss apples with cinnamon. Add enough oil to glaze apples. Add walnuts and toss to throughly combine. Add honey and toss & stir to throughly combine.
