    1 large Onions, raw,
    6 tbsp Parsely, raw
    1 tsp Black pepper
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp salt


mix everything together with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. shape it into small balls or fingers.
cook on low with nothing added
