Ingredients

    3lb Beef Roast
    1 large onion finely chopped
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup Red Wine
    4 medium sized carrots, quartered
    3 medium sized potatoes, quartered

Directions

Put potatoes and carrots at the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the meat on top of the potatoes. Blend soup and wine together in a mixing bowl. Pout over meat. Top with onion. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, or until meat is tender but not dry.
