    Spaghetti squash
    Olive Oil
    Parmesan Cheese
    Garlic Salt or Garlic and Herb seasoning (any kind)


You can also add pasta sauce and ground beef if you're feeling crazy :-) enjoy.


Heat the over to 350. Slice the spaghetti squash in half and place face down on a baking pan. Place in the over for 45 minutes.

Once done cooking remove the seeds (I use an ice cream scoop to remove them). Then, with a fork, start "forking" from the outside inner layer to the middle. This should resemble spaghetti. Place in a bowl, add olive oil and garlic and herbs. Mix around to coat all in olive oil and done!

This recipe is easy, cheap and better than pasta. Great for Paleo or Primal eating as well.

Serving Size: This is for single servings but the whole can make 4 servings
