Introduction

I've read that eating a breakfast that provides a fairly large percentage of your calories while avoiding heavy foods will help to give you energy throughout the day. With that in mind, I have invented this recipe. It's tasty, it's substantial, it's healthy, and it can be eaten on the go! Ingredients

    1 Large Flour Tortilla

    1 Hard Boiled Egg

    1/2 Cup Shredded Romaine Lettuce

    3 Large Black Olives, sliced

2 Thin Slices of Red Onion, quartered and separated

    1/8 Cup Diced Fresh Tomato

    2 Tbsp Salsa

1 oz Amish Butter Cheese, finely sliced

    Dash of Sea Salt

Directions

Boil the egg for about 10 minutes. You want it to be hard-boiled like a film noir detective! Shell the egg, slice it, and sprinkle it with a little sea salt.

Spread the salsa out across the tortilla. Layer the lettuce, onions, tomato, and black olives down the middle of the wrap. Add the egg and the cheese. (Don't forget to leave room at both ends to fold the wrap closed before rolling! You don't want to end up wearing your breakfast!)

Roll up your wrap and enjoy!
