Number of Servings: 4

    Spinach, fresh, 1 bunch
*99% Fat Free Ground Turkey Breast, 16 oz
Freeze Dried Onion Flakes, 4 tbsp
White Bread, 0.25 cup, crumbs, or Panko
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
    Sugar-free Ketchup 4 tbsp
    Basil, 0.3 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Paprika, 0.25 tsp
*Black Pepper, Freshly Ground, 0.1 tsp
    Marinara, 4 serving
    Almond oil, 2 tbsp

The meatballs can be baked instead of fried.

Chop half the spinach and combine it in a large bowl with all the other ingredients except the marinara and the oil. Mix well with hands. Shape into 12 balls, about 1.5 inch. Fry in the oil, turning once. Drain the oil. Add the marinara and cook until the meatballs are cooked, about half an hour on a low heat. Add the rest of the spinach, cook until the spinach has wilted. Serve with pasta.
