    2 Zucchinis, shredded
    1 cup Matzo
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 teaspoons low sodium better than boullion
    1 onion chopped
    2 teaspoons diced garlic
    salt and pepper


Serve with chicken tenders and broccoli.


put matzo meal in bowl with 2 beaten eggs, allow to sit for 5 minutes. Stir bouillon into 1/2 cup water. mix all ingredients in bowl. Put into foil lined baking dish, smooth, cover completely with foil. Bake in 375 degree oven for 50 minutes
