Ingredients

    4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon minced garlic

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, then spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-30 minutes, until the broccoli is tender and browned. If desired, stir halfway through cooking.

    Made this today, different recipe. Used salt & pepper, no chili powder. Preheated oven & pan to 500 degrees, then spread the broccoli on pan, baked for10 minutes. Broccoli was cooked but not very crisp. Very good & I'm not a broccoli fan. - 10/27/13

    This works great for lots of veggies...and 2 tablespoons of oil aren't necessary.......try just one, tossing well - 3/18/15
