Ingredients

    19.3 oz 99% lean ground turkey breast
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 cup chopped onions
    2 cups mushrooms chopped and then pureed w/ egg\
    2 eggs
    1 ts salt or 3/4tb of kosher salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4c chopped parsley
    1/4c ground Parmesan cheese
    1 ts oregano

Directions

blend eggs. add chopped mushrooms and puree with hand blender. mix all of the remainder of the ingredients. form meatballs about 1" diameter max. place on baking sheet and bake at 375 for 25 minutes. to have them for use whenever, let them cool and then put in a freezer bag and freeze in a flat layer.

Serving Size: 8 servings, 6 meatballs per serving
