Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs lean sirloin burger
    1 Jalapeno Peppers
    2 tbsp Butter
    1 Medium Sweet Onion, peeled and diced
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, more to taste
    1/2 teaspoon ground or dry oregano, more to taste
    1/2 teaspoon dry basil, more to taste
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    6 cups filtered water, more to desired consistency
    1 (16 ounce) tomato juice
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
    1 cup celery, sliced
    1 cup fresh carrots, sliced
    1 Large white potato, peeled and cut into small cubes
    1 tbsp garlic
    Serve with Oyster Crackers



Tips

Optional: You can play with 8oz tomato sauce and 8oz of tomato Juice


Directions

Directions:
1. Brown sirloin burger and onion in a large pot. Drain if needed.
2. Add onion soup mix and spices.
3. Stir in water, tomato juice and soy sauce. Bring to a boil; then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
4 Add the rest of the ingredients and the potatoes, bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer uncovered until potatoes and carrots are tender about 30 minutes. (Add more water if needed).
5. Season to taste with sea salt & pepper
6. Serve with Oyster Crackers
