This is a skinnier version of another recipe I found on the web. This is a skinnier version of another recipe I found on the web.
Number of Servings: 6


    12 oz cooked thin spaghetti or angel hair pasta
    (approx 4 oz dry)
    1/2 C Brummel & Brown spread
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 C chicken broth
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 C shredded parmesan cheese
    1/2 Tbsp dried parsley


If you have cooked shrimp, it can be used in this recipe. Peel the shrimp (if needed) and add when you add the chicken broth so not to overcook the shrimp.


Cook pasta and set aside, keeping it warm.

Melt Brummel & Brown in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic and shrimp. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 5 minutes.

Stir in chicken broth and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 seconds while stirring constantly.

Mix shrimp with drained pasta in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
