Ingredients

    11 oz. Tyson Diced Chicken Breast
    4 cups (450 grams) broccoli florets
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1/2 medium onion
    10 baby carrots
    20 fresh sugar snap peas
    1/4 cup almonds
    1 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 Tbsp Lime juice
    1 Tbsp Lemon juice
    3 Tbsp Honey
    3 Tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp cornstarch


Tips

I serve over white rice (not included in nutritional calculation)


Directions

1. Chop all vegetables into bite-size pieces
2. Heat oil in wok
3. Add broccoli & carrots to wok. Mix in curry powder, ginger & garlic powder.
4. Stir-fry for 5-6 mins until crisp-tender.
5. Add frozen chicken, red pepper, onion, slivered almonds & sugar snap peas.
6. Stir-fry for 4-5 mins more
7. Add lime juice, honey, soy sauce & cornstarch, stir well.
8. Stir-fry for 4-5 more mins until chicken is heated through.
