    4 chicken breasts (5-6 oz. each)
    1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1Tablespoon dried basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    2 Tablespoon Caesar dressing
    2 tomatoes diced
    1/8 cup red onion chopped
    3 cups Romain lettuce chopped
    8 Low Carb Flour tortillas
    Uncooked tortilla shells


Can omit Caesar salad dressing for lower calories. A few croutons make it crunchy and good, but add it to the tracker.


Cook chicken breasts in frying pan in own juices over medium heat. Cool. Salt and pepper to taste. While cooking, prepare tomatoes, lettuce and onion. Mix cheeses, basil, garlic, mayonnaise, and dressing. Add cooked chicken. Cook tortilla shells as directed. Put 1/3 cup mixture in shell. Add tomatoes and lettuce as desired.

Serving Size: 1 wrap
