Introduction

Ingredients

4 large eggs
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 cayenne pepper
Mrs. Dash or other salt-free seasonings to taste
1-1/3 cups lowfat (1%) milk
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan. Saute garlic, onion and cabbage until cabbage is soft, then stir in ham.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, flour, baking powder and seasonings. Whisk in milk, then stir in cabbage mixture and cheese. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until center is set and the outside edge is golden brown.
Let set for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
Serving Size: Serves 6
