Ingredients

    *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp
    Sweet potato, 1.5 cup, cubes
    Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped
    *Campbell’s Organic Vegetable broth ( 150 ml / 2/3 cup), .80 cup
    Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp

    Spices to taste such as;
    garlic (fresh or powder)
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
    cardamon
    salt

Directions

Melt margarine in a pot, add veggies, broth and water (not quite enough to cover veg).
Boil covered to start to soften veg. Uncover and simmer/boil off most of liquid.
Add syrup and spices.
